The Rattle is a common toy in Adopt Me! that can be found in the Baby Shop. The Rattle can be purchased for 
50 and is located to the right of the Duck Rattle. It can also be obtained through trading.
After purchase, players will be prompted to choose a color. Players can choose from red, yellow, green, or blue for the sphere on the white handle. After the color is chosen, it can't be changed even when traded to another player. To interact with the Rattle, a player can click/press their screen to shake it back and forth.

The Rattle features a white, circular handle with a rod that connects to a ball. The ball is shiny and has four color options, red, yellow, green, or blue.
